Every trade a fomoling has ever made, on chain, with the value it read when it made it.

A fill is one swap the program sent through pump.fun, or one burn it executed at retire. Bids buy the coin with SOL from the fomoling's grant. Asks sell coins back for SOL. Every fill records the value the program read at that slot, so the entire history of what fomolings paid and received is on chain. Because of the impact cap a fill can be smaller than a full rung; a partial leaves the rung open and the next tick continues it.
